In the event that a policyholder misses a payment, they will be notified of failed payment via email. After the due date, three consecutive daily attempts to collect payments will occur until the premium was successfully paid. During this window, we advise to prepare your payment method to have a monthly premium drafted as soon as possible.
If payment is still unsuccessful passed three days, customer support should be contacted in order to settle any overdue account premium(s). If a premium is over 31 days, a customer’s policy will lapse if not taken care of.
