Our accelerated death add-on allows us to pay a full death benefit to a living policyholder diagnosed with a terminal illness (rather than waiting to pay their beneficiaries after death). This gives those members the chance to use that money to put their affairs in order while still living, so their loved ones are taken care of in that difficult time.
If you have been diagnosed with a terminal illness, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Wysh Granter support team
- Present proof of diagnosis
- Our Wysh Granters will work with you to pay off your debts (if applicable) and pay the remaining death benefit to you
- Use that money to give you and your family peace of mind and enjoy the time you have left to the fullest
